I think this better...I donot feel caged. Freedom is all want, but within Mom's loving hands. And I must appreciate the way she brings me up.
My independent state of affair!
My Mom thinks I am a comodity to be carried in a rooksack. Let me tell you I keep note of things and firmly believe, I have an independent stand on matters.

I think reservations are a serious issue. yes the downtrodden have to be helped and motivated not cajoled and pampered.

I think you are making a valid point. Listenning with rapt attention is the key to management. I think it is see, sense, perceive, think, analyse, judge and arrive at the right conclusions.
